Our other tech is our up-and-comer he too has wonderful customer service skills and is currently still learning as he goes and is picking up and learning at an exceptional rate and the customers he has been along to help with have had nothing but great things to say about him as well. I have personally installed over 1,000 systems from very small single room mini splits to systems large enough to condition whole factories.We are a small family owned company with big values, we value our customers and treat them like family, were a honest company who enjoys doing honest work, and we stand by our repairs and warranties, we enjoy doing what we do, the president of the company who also happens to be our main tech and enjoys getting out in the field and helping get customers units back and going, one of his favorite specialties is working on older units to repair them, we have another lead tech who also enjoys what he does and has become quite the customer favorite he has great reviews from the customers he has serviced they always report that he's very friendly, thorough and always explains to the customer whats going on and shows them the old parts if repair is needed and answers any questions or concerns they might have with sincierity. I have completed more than 30,000 service calls and have worked with all major brands such as Trane, Carrier, Mitsubishi, Rheem, and York.
I have earned many certificates over the years such as NATE, EPA/CFC, & ASHRAE. I’ve been to countless technical, management, environmental, safety, and sales programs.
I have earned North Carolina contractor’s licenses (H2 & H3 C1) which are required to replace equipment. Throughout the 90’s, I was given many opportunities to learn from important educators in the HVAC industry. While I was in high school, I took old parts and made a working air conditioner for a science project (and gave it to a classmate for his tree house).Īfter high school, I went straight into my career training and working. I have always enjoyed seeing how machines work and have found that I am a natural at fixing them. When a customer asks what they should do, I give them the same advice I would my parents to help them make the best decision (not necessarily the most profitable one).
My parents demand the highest standard of integrity and craftsmanship and have instilled these values in me. My goal has long been to treat every customer like I would my Mom and Dad. I am raising my own family here now and will be growing ANYTIME in this community for decades to come.
